When will my order arrive?
Shipping times of delivery can vary due to customs clearance and the season of the year.
Standard shipping estimated time of delivery:
5-10 business days in Europe;
10-15 business days outside Europe.
Express 1 estimated time of delivery:
5-10 business days.
Express 2 estimated time of delivery:
3-5 business days.
Please understand that I have no power over shipping delays after providing your parcel to the courier.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please contact the seller if there are any problems with your order. A refund for a lost parcel is issued 30 days after the order was shipped if reported to the seller.
Is MagicField jewelry suitable for children?
Jewelry is not intended for kids, therefore parents take full responsibility for the use of MagicField jewelry. Children should be supervised if wearing necklaces.
Do I need to provide any additional information for express shipping?
