From the beginning the seller understood what I was wanting the finished towel to look like and she sent me mock ups through messaging for my approval. Great communication skills and the towel arrived very quickly. My son’s service dog had passed away a year ago and I wanted an image of his dog on the towel to give to my son for his birthday. It’s probably his favorite gift he has received and is happy to share its image with everyone he knows. I have had several people inquire where I got it because they have an idea they want to have put on a towel also. I washed it after receiving following the instructions on the description and it came out wonderful. Thank you so much for a special and memorable gift.
