Artist Process

All foliage found in each piece is found while walking, hiking or trail running with my pup. My eyes are constantly scanning my surroundings for leaves that call to me.

A fallen leaf gets collected, pressed and then used in the making of my pieces. Each leaf is careful chosen and placed within the piece for no glue is used in this process.

After I finish the piece, I document it with a photograph and then recycle it all back into the earth or into my next piece.
