Healing for brains that don’t fit the rules
No estás roto.
Hi, I'm the human behind Messy Mind Method.
I started this shop because most planners and self-help tools are built for people who already have it together, wake up at 5am, and genuinely enjoy a 12-step morning routine. That has never been me. If you're here, probably not you either.
Messy Mind Method makes simple, practical tools for ADHD and neurodivergent brains. The kind that run 47 tabs at once, one of which is playing music you can't find. No toxic positivity. No shame. No pretending you're fine on the days you're not. Just real tools for the real stuff, with enough humor that using them doesn't feel like homework.
Every printable comes two ways: a clickable, fillable PDF you can type into on your phone, and a clean print-at-home version. Use whichever your brain prefers that day.
You're not broken. You just need tools built for the way you actually think. Pull up a chair, the mess is welcome here.
