Finding My Creative Side
I'm currently a PhD student and have always loved school, so I never really had time to pursue creative hobbies and thought I was never good at making things. However, in an attempt to start a hobby that would help me escape the stress of grad school, I started embroidering and immediately fell in love. What started out as a simple embroidery kit from Amazon has grown into a full-blown side hustle!
I have always loved decorating my house for various holidays, but holiday decor is often too expensive for a grad student living on a budget. So I decided to start making my own patterns for my house, and I enjoyed creating these patterns so much that I decided to start a shop to share them with others!
I purposefully keep all of my patterns simple and clean so that they can easily fit into a variety of personal styles. I also create these designs to help beginners find success at the start of their embroidery journey. I have found so much joy through embroidery, and I hope that others will be able to experience that same joy.
