How do I send you my photo for a custom order?
You can send the photo in Etsy by sending us a message. Simply open the message window and click on the camera/image icon to upload your photo, or you can email it to hello@mirthmerry.com. You can send the photo after placing your order.
Photo Guidelines for Best results:
✨ High resolution photo is recommended.
✨ Person facing forward, looking at the camera.
✨ Face large and clearly visible.
✨ Photos taken close to the camera work best.
✨ Avoid screenshots, blurry, or low-resolution images.
✨ We will professionally crop and edit the photo.
✨ Have an old or low quality photo? No problem, we can enhance it digitally for you.
✨ Not sure which photo to use? Send multiple photos and we’ll choose the best one.
Will I be charged any extra fees or tariffs when my order arrives?
All our orders to the US are shipped with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means everything’s already taken care of! You won’t have to pay any extra tariffs or fees when your parcel arrives :)
