All MirthloomStudio designs are created by us. Our physical products are professionally printed and fulfilled to order with the help of trusted production partners.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through Etsy Messages and we'll be happy to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if production has not yet started.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us through Etsy Messages and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
