Vilka vi är
Modul är resultatet av tre vänner – George, George och Tom, som först möttes på universitetet i London. Deras gemensamma kärlek till mångsidig, modulär design skapar tillsammans en unik kombination av sina olika färdigheter och kompletterar varandra sömlöst.
Vår vision
Modul föddes ur önskan att öka tillgängligheten till lyxiga heminredningsartiklar och hantverksmässigt tillverkade föremål. Fokus på mångsidighet är av största vikt för produkternas designinriktning, där majoriteten av produkterna erbjuder flera funktioner och modularitet. De uppmuntrar till lekfull interaktion med produkterna i hopp om att skapa en mer personlig koppling till användaren.
Vad vi gör
På Modul designas och skapas varje produkt internt av ett litet team på tre personer i en verkstad i södra London. Vi implementerar en samarbetsprocess som består av att samla inspiration, rita upp första skisser, testa fysiska idéer, för att slutligen ha det färdiga verket i ditt utrymme. För närvarande fokuserar MODUL på att tillverka handgjutna föremål med hjälp av en rad hållbara material, levererade till dig i miljövänliga förpackningar.
Who We Are
Modul is the product of three friends — George, George, and Tom, who first crossed paths at university in London. Bonding over their shared love for versatile, modular design, they utilise their varied skill sets seamlessly to complement each other in creating functional objects to enrich your spaces.
Our Vision
Modul was born out of the desire to increase the accessibility of luxury homewares and artisan handcrafted items. A focus on versatility is paramount to the design direction of the products, with the majority of pieces offering multiple functions and modularity. Encouraging playful interaction with the pieces in the hopes that a more personal connection with its user is formed.
What We Do
At Modul, each product is designed and created in-house by the small team of 3 in a South London workshop. We implement a collaborative process that consists of gathering inspiration, drawing up initial sketches, testing physical ideas, to finally having the finished piece in your space. Currently, MODUL has a focus on crafting hand-casted objects using a range of sustainable materials, delivered to you in eco-friendly packaging.
