Are my items tracked?
UK customers - If you want tracking on your items please purchase tracked delivery at the checkout. My default postage is first class and does not come with a tracking number.
International customers - My default postage is international standard and does not come with a tracking number. If you would like to track your order you must upgrade to tracking at the checkout.
My order has arrived and is damaged, what do I do?
I send all A4 prints in card backed envelopes. Prints A3 or over are sent in cardboard tubes so I do everything I can to avoid any damaged products reching the customer. However, sometimes it is out of our control and may arrive damaged. In this case we are happy to replace your order for you, please message us with a photo of the damaged product you received so that we can make a claim with the postal service and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

I would be happy to discuss print customisations, but there may be an extra charge depending on the work involved. Get in touch and let's chat.
