Cute Expressions was started kinda on a whim. My youngest was turning 1 and I wanted an outfit for her. I am kinda on the frugal side so my mom and I decided that I could just make something for her myself. I made her 1st tutu and custom shirt to match her decorations, it was a hit. All I did was post a picture on Facebook and the orders started coming. The name Cute Expressions came from my head, All kids are cute and they are only young ones, let them express themselves
