This is our story
As for customization of neon sign, we are very professional. We started DIY neon sign from the technology of glass tube in 2009. However, the neon sign of glass tube has security risks and is more used outdoors. For this reason, we started to design and customize Neon Sign using LED tape as raw material, so that the low voltage is safe for indoor use. A lot of time we are just service offline customers, including advertising companies, wedding companies are our service object. It wasn't until 2020 that we discovered ETSY as a great platform for us to serve Neon Sign enthusiasts around the world. We were excited to start our online store on ETSY, and we took great care to run our store. We will always complete the customer consultation quotation and after-sales service reply within 12 hours, more often we respond within 1 hour.
This is the third year that we have opened a store on ETSY. During this period, we have served more than 2,000 customers. Reviews written by customers can prove that our services are recognized. We do not have the scale of a large factory, our studio serves several customers every day, the pursuit of good quality and worry-free after sales service.
