What file types do I receive after purchase?
You will receive two versions with every purchase: one PNG file and one JPEG file.
How do I download my files after checkout?
After checkout, your files will be available for instant download after payment is confirmed. You can find them under Your Account → Purchases and Reviews on Etsy. Just click ‘Download Files’ and they’ll save to your device right away.
Can I use these wallpapers commercially, or are they for personal use only?
These wallpapers are for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed.
Am I allowed to edit or customize the wallpapers?
You may edit or customize the wallpapers for your own personal use. However, you are not allowed to share them, post them on social media, redistribute them, or claim them as your own.
Why don’t you include DPI information in your listings?
I don’t list DPI because my files aren’t designed for printing. They’re created for digital use only, such as digital wallpapers for devices. Because of that, DPI isn’t needed or relevant for these products. Instead, I optimize the pixel dimensions to ensure the highest possible digital quality, while still keeping the files fast and smooth to download on your end.
What if I don’t know how to set the wallpaper on my device?
If you’re unsure how to set the wallpaper on your device, feel free to message me and I’ll guide you through it.
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No, all products in this shop are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.
What happens if I lose the files, can I download them again?
The files will always be available under Purchases and Reviews in your Etsy account, so you can re-download them anytime. Make sure to use a browser when downloading, as the Etsy app doesn't allow downloads.
Do I have a right of withdrawal, and what does that mean?
Yes! As I’m a seller based in the EU/EØS region, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/EØS consumer law. You can request a refund within 14 days from the date you receive the digital product. To do this, please contact me via Etsy messages.
