🎨 How are your designs created?
My designs are created using a mix of AI-assisted tools and hands-on editing.
Each piece is refined in Photoshop and often hand-detailed in Procreate to enhance quality, composition, and overall finish. This allows me to create detailed, high-quality visuals while still adding a personal creative touch.
📁 Are your products physical or digital?
All products in my shop are digital downloads only.
No physical items will be shipped. You’ll receive your files instantly (or after customization if applicable) via Etsy.
🚫 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with your files, please reach out — I’m always happy to help fix any problems.
🖼️ Can I use these designs for my book/commercial use?
Yes! My designs are created for authors and can be used for book covers and promotional use.
Please note:
• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files themselves is not allowed
• You may not claim the artwork as your own
(We can expand licensing later if you want 👀)
✏️ Can I request changes or custom work?
At the moment, I’m focusing on premade designs and digital products.
Custom work may open again in the future — keep an eye on my shop or announcements 💛
🧾 Are your Canva templates free to use?
Most Canva templates are designed using free Canva elements, meaning you can use them with a free Canva account.
However:
• Some designs may include Pro elements depending on the style
• If this applies, it will always be clearly stated in the listing
I aim to offer both free-friendly and Pro-based options over time to suit different needs.

After purchase, your files will be available for download directly through Etsy.
If your order includes customisation, files will be delivered once completed.
💛 What is the mission behind New Chapter Studio?
New Chapter Studio was created to support both storytellers and something bigger.
Alongside creating art for authors, I also run The New Chapter Project, where a small number of free character portraits are offered to survivors as a way to give back and create something meaningful.
