    Shop Manager

Toni and I were married in 1977. I recently retired after 29 years of working as a therapist on an Ojibwa Reservation in northern Wisconsin. With a bit of extra time on my hands, I'm helping to organize and run the day to day business on Etsy.

    Web Support

My mom's art has always inspired me! My dad and I decided to help her set up an Etsy shop in order to increase her exposure. My role is to take photos of her art, set up listings, and help my dad with the more technical side of running an Etsy shop.

Frequently asked questions

Shippping

We are obsessive about packaging quality and shipping fast. We will ship each order by USPS within two to five business days unless there is some sort of natural disaster. Pottery will be carefully packaged (double boxed) and shipped USPS Priority Mail. We will do our best to package your order to avoid all possible damage during shipping, but sometimes packages will be lost or damaged after they leave our hands. We always double box our pottery items for extra security during shipping. In the event of damage, we will do our best to replace the item, however, please keep in mind each pottery piece is unique and can not be duplicated.

About Us

Thanks for checking out our Etsy shop! Toni is the artist at NorthWorks and her husband, Bob, is the office manager who takes care of shipping. We both want to provide you with great art in a timely and affordable way. Please send us a message if you need any special arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are glad to answer questions about what we do and how our art is created. Just ask!
