Yes! I'm happy to work with you to create a custom design that fits your specific needs and preferences. Simply contact me with your ideas and we can discuss the details and pricing.

I will do my best to ensure that you receive your package on time for the date of your event provided with the order. However, I can never guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date and therefore will not offer a full refund if your package does not arrive on time due to delays caused by the mail carrier.

Please make sure that when you are ordering you allow enough time to receive your item to avoid this issue.

The customer is responsible for the address entered when placing an order and therefore I will not issue a refund for this mistake. Please make sure that you verify your address before placing your order, to avoid shipping delays or the item being deliver to the incorrect address.

Since all of our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. In the rare event that a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.

If your order is for an existing product (meaning it’s not a custom design, a new request, or a completely new product), we typically do not send preview photos.
Most existing items only require updates such as a name or age, so the final product will match the listing photos you already reviewed.

If you ever need something fully custom or different from what’s shown in the listing, feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to help!

Yes! If your order includes a new request or customization beyond just name or age changes—such as color changes, adding elements, or modifying existing details—your order will be treated as a new custom design.

After you complete your purchase, I will create the design and send you a preview (a photo taken directly from my computer screen). You’ll be able to request up to two revisions to make sure the design is exactly what you want.
