WHAT MATERIAL DO WE USE
We offer different materials for you to choose from: Freshwater Pearls, Premium Pearls, 18K Gold Filled, and 925 Sterling Silver. They are all hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free. Would be a great choice for people who have sensitive skin.
Freshwater pearls are prized for their natural beauty; Premium pearls are made using a crystal core, and a special coating makes them look like real pearls; 18k Gold-filled jewelry material that consists of a solid layer of 18-karat gold bonded onto a base metal core; 925 Sterling Silver is less prone to tarnishing compared to pure silver, maintaining its shine over time.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Simply use the polishing cloth (included in every order) to clean your jewelry after wearing it. Store it in the zipper bag (also included) when not in use, and avoid spraying perfume on your jewelry. This advice applies to all the jewelry from our store. For keeping your silver jewelry shiny, you can also use a polishing product (available on Amazon, follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions) for regular upkeep after wearing.
PROCESSING TIME
Every piece we create is carefully handmade and certainly worth the wait. It's important to understand that selecting expedited shipping only accelerates transit times and does not affect our processing times:
Pre-made items: Processed within 2 days before shipping.
Made-to-order items and custom items: Generally require 5-7 days for processing before shipping.
Processing time + Transit time = Estimated arrival date
If you wish to expedite the processing time, this option is available for an additional $25 fee.
You can monitor the current status of your order by visiting your purchase history when logged into your account. Your patience is genuinely appreciated!
CUSTOM ORDER
Most of the products in our store can be customized to your personal preferences. For example, some products can be replaced from freshwater pearls to premium pearls, or changed from premium pearls to freshwater pearls. You can also pick your favorite pendant with pearls or chains, and use your creativity to add more into one, including your initials.

SIZING DETAILS
Every item has its sizing details in the description, kindly click "LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS ITEM" to see more details.
Rings: Our sizing follows the standard US ring sizes. If you're not sure, you could go to the local jewelry store and have them measure for you. Or, you can wrap a thread/piece of paper around your finger, mark the spot that the thread/paper meets, and measure the length with a ruler.
You can do the same for necklaces and bracelets.

WARRANTY
We are confident about the quality of our jewelry, but sometimes things break. Please keep your receipt for your warranty to be valid. Please contact us ASAP (within 3 days after receiving your package) if there are any damage or defects.
We cover material defects under this warranty, your item will be replaced or repaired. However, we do not cover the damage caused by general wear and tear, tarnish, or broken by the customer.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
Sorry, but custom orders are only eligible for repairs. If you need to return an item, please mail it to the address provided within 7 days of receiving the package. Ensure the item is sent back in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and unused. Kindly share the tracking number with us.
Keep in mind, that the customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the item for exchange or refund, as well as the postage costs for us sending the item back to the buyer. Thanks for your understanding!
