I am not a gemologist, All gemstones are identified to the best of my knowledge, and/or at the time of purchase from the supplier and by the supplier. Any errors are unintentional as I try to only purchase genuine items.

I only want customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not please let me know. If you let me know within the 3 days and get it back to me within a week with no damage I have no problem giving a refund. Please be fair with me and I will for sure be fair with you. If an item is returned with damage the buyer is responsible for damages or I have the right to refuse giving a refund.
