When wil I receive my file?
● Orders made on Monday before 9:00 PM EST will be delivered via email by Wednesday 9:00 PM EST.
● Orders made on Tuesday before 9:00 PM EST will be delivered via email by Thursday 9:00 PM EST.
● Orders made on Wednesday before 9:00 PM EST will be delivered via email by Friday 9:00 PM EST.
● Orders made on Thursday & Friday before 9:00 PM EST will be delivered via email by Monday 9:00 PM EST.
● Orders made on Saturday & Sunday before 9:00 PM EST will be delivered via email by Tuesday 9:00 PM EST.
*Orders made after 9:00 PM will be considered the next business day.

Where can I find my file?
Your file will be emailed to the email address on file with Etsy, unless you have indicated differently. If you do not see the file in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder as they can end up there depending on email filters.
Can I have a proof prior to purchasing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer proofs prior to purchase, but we do allow proof changes once the file is emailed to you in case something needs to be corrected or updated.
Can you translate an invitation into a different language (other than English)?
If you are interested in having an invitation or card translated into a different language, please send me an Etsy message and I will let you know if is possible. Please note that additional fees may apply.
Can I customize the colors or wording on an invitation or card?
Most of the time changes can be accommodated, but please check with us prior to ordering to make sure that they can be completed on the file you are purchasing. Depending on how much customization is needed, there may be an additional charge for this service:

How do I attach my picture?
Photos can be sent via Etsy conversation (by clicking 'Attach Image'), or you may email them to pinkstarfishdesigns@gmail.com
Your photo should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. Please do not crop or edit photos prior to sending them as that can alter the quality of the overall picture.
By purchasing, downloading and printing any photo invitations, you are agreeing that you own or have exclusive right to use the photograph e-mailed to me. You are also agreeing to take full responsibility for any misuse or copyright infringements.
Where can I print my file?
Your digital file can be printed at home, at a local photo lab or at any professional printer or office store. For best results, print on heavy card stock paper or photo paper. All files should be printed on paper with a white background.
Due to individual store policies, some print shops may not print files with trademarked characters.
PLEASE NOTE: Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All computer monitors display color differently as well as all printers print differently.
Answers to a few common questions...
● Yes, invitations are available WITH or WITHOUT a personal photo.
● Yes, you can print as many cards as you'd like! There is NO limit and the file will not "expire"!
● Yes, you can send the digital files out electronically via email, text, or social media!
● Yes, revisions are allowed and can be made if there is a change in party details. Two sets of revisions are included with your order. After that, there is an additional charge for extra revisions.
