Herzlich willkommen an alle Pflanzenfreunde! Zur Erinnerung: Ich verkaufe ständig Pflanzen (nach dem Zufallsprinzip), also haltet Ausschau nach Pflanzen, die euch interessieren. Lest euch die unten aufgeführten AGB durch. Wenn ihr damit nicht einverstanden seid, kauft bitte nicht.

Schützen Sie Ihre Pflanzeninvestition, indem Sie den schnellsten Versand wählen und ein Wärmekissen kaufen, wenn die Temperatur in Ihrem Bundesland unter 15 Grad Celsius fällt. Wir versenden weltweit und können die Temperatur in jeder Stadt/jedem Bundesland/jedem Land nicht überwachen. Der Kauf eines Wärmekissens liegt in der Verantwortung des Käufers. Ohne Wärmekissen und Versand per USPS First Class oder UPS Ground, bei dem es zu Verzögerungen kommt, kann Ihre Pflanze während des Transports erfrieren oder absterben.

Pflanzen sind lebende, verderbliche Waren. Schäden können durch extreme Wetterbedingungen, unsachgemäße Handhabung des Pakets durch den Kurierdienst oder längere Transportzeiten entstehen. Aus diesem Grund sind alle Pflanzenbestellungen ENDGÜLTIG, sofern sie nicht mit Expressversand (ggf. mit Wärmekissen) bestellt werden.
*Dies gilt nicht für Bestellungen, die keine Pflanzen sind, z. B. Sol Mix, Perlite, LECA (diese Artikel können zurückgegeben werden)*

Wenn die Pflanze durch den Versand beschädigt wird oder USPS/UPS das Paket verliert, liegt die Verantwortung beim Versandunternehmen. Der Käufer (nicht der Shop oder Etsy) muss eine Reklamation direkt beim Versandunternehmen einreichen, um eine Erstattung zu erhalten.

Jede einzigartige Pflanze in meinem Shop wurde von mir selbst gepflanzt und gepflegt oder von lokalen Bauernhöfen und Baumschulen in Florida persönlich ausgewählt. Ich hoffe, dass jede dieser Pflanzen Ihnen genauso viel Freude bereitet wie mir.

To all my fellow plant lovers, welcome! Reminder: I am always 'purging' plants (discounting randomly) so keep an eye out on what interests you. Take your time to read over the shop policies listed below and if you do not agree with them please do not purchase.

PLEASE protect your plant investment by upgrading shipping to the quickest option and purchasing a heat pack if the temperature in your state reaches below 60 degrees Fahrenheit or 15 degrees Celsius. We ship around the world and are unable to keep track of the temperature in every city/state/country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase a heat pack. Without a heat pack and shipping via regular USPS first class or UPS ground shipping which encounter delays, your plant can potentially freeze or die during transit.

Plants are live perishable items and damage can occur due to extreme weather, mishandling of the package by the shipping courier or extended time in transit. Due to these factors all plant orders are FINAL SALE if not purchased with expedited shipping (heat pack if needed).
*This does not apply to non-plant orders ex: Sol Mix, Perlite, LECA (these items can be returned)*

If there is any damage to the plant caused by the shipping process or if USPS/UPS loses the package that falls under the responsibility of the shipping courier. The buyer (not the shop or Etsy) will have to file a claim directly with the shipping courier to claim any type of reimbursement from them.

Every unique plant listed on my shop has been planted and grown by me, or hand-picked from local Florida farms and nurseries. I hope that every one of these plants bring each of you as much joy as they bring me.
