5 out of 5 starsI didn't realize that it didn't come assembled. Luckily, my mom (the recipient) is handy so it wasn't too difficult. She said she won't be hanging it up because she wants to ensure it stays in the shade and she'll bring it in at night so it doesn't get damaged from the dew. I know she meant this as a compliment because she loves it so much but because she stressed out over and over, I'm afraid she may think it's fragile. I haven't seen it myself yet. She clearly loves it which is most important.

All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the item price only.
Tracking Information
Once the item is shipped, it is the recipient’s responsibility to track the parcel using the provided tracking number. Shipping carriers may deliver parcels to local pick-up points instead of the recipient's address. This can happen for various reasons, such as the recipient not being home, package size limitations, or regional delivery practices.
If a package is not collected and is returned to us:
– For non-personalized items, we may refund the item price only (shipping is non-refundable) if it’s returned in original condition.
