USA customers: We have full service to the USA. To give the best experience to our clients, American prices now include shipping/ tracking and Tariff/ duty costs. American customers should see no extra fees. Shipping times to the USA are usually very fast ( 1- 2 weeks )

UK/ Australia / New Zealand customers : Free shipping and tracking on all orders. Ask about our special " commonwealth " discounts. Shipping times to these countries are usually quite fast ( 1 - 2 weeks )

Canadian customers: Since we are based in Canada you will receive your order very quickly. Prices include shipping, tracking and GST/HST tax.

INTERNATIONAL customers: ( outside of CANADA OR USA ) Due to customs processing, your package may be occasionally delayed. Depending on your country you may be asked to pay international duty / custom fees at time of pick up or delivery. These rates vary depending on your country and are the responsibility of customer to pay. I kindly ask for your patience before leaving a review and if your package is delayed I will do my best to help in getting your item(s) to you as fast as possible. -INTERNATIONAL orders ( outside of CANADA OR USA ) have a standard shipping fee. This is approximately 20 USD dollars for most countries but certain countries may be higher or even free. For international orders please add all your items to your cart and you will only be charged one delivery fee. If you have purchased on separate orders simply contact us and we will remove any extra delivery fees. We promise at PurityGems you will receive natural earth mined stones. We believe that a large part of the attraction and fascination of gemstones, is the natural beauty that is from Mother Earth. Wherever possible we also refuse heated or treated stones. There are certain stones that are universally treated such as black Opals and blue Topaz.
