Our prints utilize Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, a permanent process where dyes are infused directly into the fabric using water-based ink. This method results in vibrant, high-quality prints that won't peel or fade drastically under normal washing conditions.

We provide the option of receiving a free replacement order for any order-related issues, such as manufacturing errors or printing discrepancies. Please be advised that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for matters pertaining to color or size preferences.

Should you encounter any challenges with your order, we encourage you to contact us through Etsy, ensuring to include all pertinent information along with photographic evidence for our assessment. Please rest assured, we are fully committed to promptly addressing and resolving any concerns to uphold our standards of excellence.

Should you require any changes to your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

If the order has already been produced or shipped, Quite Nice Studio is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
You are responsible for entering and confirming the correct information before completing your order.

Please note that depending on the design and shirt selection, multiple items from your order may be shipped separately, leading to the arrival of more than one package. Following the shipment of an item, please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to become available and reflect movement.

Kindly allow 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to receive, process, and produce your order.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT will commence processing the subsequent business day. During peak seasons (October to December), production may extend up to 10 days, excluding shipping times.
