You may contact me for a custom or personalized order, and I may or may not be able to do it. It never hurts to ask, though! If I can do it, I will!

Thats the wonderful thing about jewelry, it almost always fits! In terms of necklace or bracelet lengths, please check each item description to see if that particular piece has an extender on it. I will always mention if one of my pieces has an extender (and many of them do, because it makes the piece so much more versatile!).

I will provide for each order a gift message free of charge. If you would like the item gift wrapped, that will be an additional $3 charge. I can also drop ship the item to the gift recipient, if you specify where the item is to go when you place the order.

Here are some ideas regarding how to care for your RedRubyJewelry (or any other vintage, fine, or custom jewelry):

-Use a jewelry polishing cloth or designated sterling silver cleaner for sterling silver. When it comes to sterling, sometimes a little tarnish adds to the look of the piece, but "to clean or not to clean" is a personal decision.

-Clean 14 kt gold fille and gold-plated jewelry by letting sit in a small bowl with water and mild soap (such as Ivory liquid) and clean with the mixture and an old, soft toothbrush. Dry with a lint-free cloth. Do not use a jewelry polishing cloth.

-To clean silver-plated items, use baking soda and water in a thick paste. Let sit on the piece for an hour, then scrub with a lint-free cloth.
