D: Tutti gli articoli sono realizzati interamente a mano?

A: Sì, sono orgogliosa del mio lavoro. Non acquisto prodotti già pronti da vendere. Ogni pezzo ha un tocco artigianale. Alcuni dei miei lavori all'uncinetto sono persino basati su modelli che ho sviluppato nel tempo.

D: Cosa intendi con "artista itinerante"?

A: Viviamo in camper e non restiamo fermi in un posto. Per questo motivo, di tanto in tanto vedrete aggiornamenti sulla zona in cui ci troviamo. Siamo principalmente nella contea di Lake, in Florida.


D: Cosa succede se un articolo presenta un problema e non accettate resi?

A: Per favore, inviami un messaggio se c'è qualcosa che non va con il tuo ordine e farò del mio meglio per aiutarti a trovare una soluzione. Se dovessimo decidere insieme di restituire l'articolo, le spese di spedizione per la restituzione saranno a tuo carico, a meno che non si raggiunga un accordo diverso. Essendo un'artista che viaggia spesso, i resi possono essere complicati, quindi ti prego di non rispedire nulla senza prima aver ricevuto conferma.


D: Perché desidera che gli articoli vengano rispediti a un indirizzo diverso?

A: È un'eventualità molto rara, ma potrebbe verificarsi se non mi trovassi attualmente nel mio stato di residenza. Lo farei solo per velocizzare la procedura del tuo rientro.

A: Sì, ho un negozio di capsule chiamato Nature Designs by Renee. Welcome to my lovely shop. You will mainly find Crochet and Sewn Home decor.

Q: Are all items truly handmade?

A: Yes, I take pride in my work. I do not buy any already made products to sell. Every piece has a handmade touch to it. Some of my crochet work is even my own patterns I've developed over time.

Q: What do you mean you're a traveling artist?

A: We live the Rv lifestyle and don't stay in one spot. Because of this from time to time you will see new updates of what area we are in. We are mostly in the Lake County, FL area.


Q: What happens if something is wrong with an item and you do not except returns?

A: Please send me a message if anything is wrong with your order and I will do my best to help with a solution. Should we decide together that the item be returned you are reasonable for the shipping fee to return unless we come to a different agreement. Being a traveling artist can make returns tricky so please don't send anything back without confirmation.


Q: Why do you want things shipped back at a different address?

A: This is very rare but could happen if I'm not currently in my home state. I would only choose to do this to speed up the process of your return.
