BUSINESS HOURS:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST OPEN, includes filling orders and answering emails.
Saturday - Sunday - CLOSED for family time, but you may see me working on orders and answering emails sometimes.
Holidays (USA - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK, Pres. Day, Labor Day, Juneteenth, July4, Memorial Day) - CLOSED

✪Any order received on a weekend or holiday will start being processed the following open business day in the order received and if all details are received. Not having all the details at the time of purchase will delay your order processing time.
✪While I am closed, I do periodically check emails and messages, and do often process orders on weekends. BUT It is just not guaranteed.
✪ Once purchased and you receive your digital file please look over it to ensure all spelling is exactly the way you want it. Any emails for changes/edits after 5 days of receiving digital files are subject to a fee, starting at $5, for any changes.
✪Size matters. If you are printing yourself or through a print service make sure you are ordering the correct size. Size changes for any graphic/invite can be made starting at $5 extra.
✪If you would like your digital invitation in 24 hours or less there is a rush fee (starting at $10). Please convo me for details before purchasing rushed items.
✪Read entire listing to make sure this is what you want. No refunds on any personalized items. No refunds for any file that has been downloaded. No refunds for any file or proof file that has been emailed, in a convo, or sent to customer.
✪ No refunds on any digital download that has been downloaded. If you have purchased the wrong item & have NOT downloaded the file contact me with in 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that time no refunds can be processed.
✪ I do not sell files that you can edit. No editable files are sold in this store.
