Only if the items are unused and in their original, good condition and packaging.
• Buyers must contact me within 3 days of delivery and send me the items they wish to exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not offer refunds as the wood is processed after the order is placed, we only accept exchanges for other products.
• Buyers are responsible for all postage costs for exchanges.
• A 15% service fee will be charged for all exchanged handles.
• Custom items and items on sale/offer cannot be exchanged.
• Exchanges can only be made ONCE.
• Items sold and exchanged are non-
Can I cancel my order?
Only within 6 hours from the time of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled after being prepped and shipped. All cancellations will incur a 15% processing fee.
Why is the tracking info for my parcel so limited?
Please note this is a basic tracking system that shows package has been dispatched from country to country and after it has arrived at your destination post, tracking information after, is subjected to your local post office's availability. After the package arrived at your destination, it will be transferred to your local post office and will be delivering this package to you.
P.S.if no one is at home/office to receive it, kindly collect it at your nearest post office by providing your tracking number.
Problems with your order?
We don't expect this to happen, but if you are unhappy with your order, don't panic! Just contact us first on Etsy, before leaving feedback/reviews. You can email us with a photo if the item is damaged, etc. And if the item has a problem we will take care of it and send a replacement. We are a small business and occasionally make mistakes. Please be patient and know that we will do our best to correct the problem! Read the FAQ "I want to exchange or return my order, what is your return policy?" Please note that for sale items (10% of discount or more) we do not cover any additional shipping costs for returns
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it.
Will there be a tracking link provided for my package?
