Thank you for your review Nicole. Your order was shipped within the specified time frame as listed. Shipments to Europe are out of our hands once in transit. Depending on customs in your country they can take up to 6 weeks to clear. We are sorry you did not receive your order as you expected, if you had communicated with us we could have clarified why the shipment took the time that it did.
