Custom and personalized orders
I make custom and personalized orders. After we agree on the order details (personalization, etc) buyer will sumbit payment, after which I will start working on the order. I will ship the order at the stated date range for shipping.
Once we agree on order details and the order is paid, if buyer decides they want me to bring even more changes or additions to the item, these will have to be paid additionally.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
