Shipping

All my items have specific payment and delivery profiles however I'm more than happy to discuss changes to postage and tracking on an order by order basis.

Tracking is an option on the majority of my items, if you choose tracking and the actual cost is less than the listed value I will refund any over charge as soon as the order has been posted.

Additional policies and FAQs

For higher value items > £50 I would always recommend tracked shipping, orders generally don't go missing but when they do it can be very frustrating.

By default I insure £20 against the value of an order, if an item gets lost and doesn't have tracking that is all I can claim back therefore I can't offer anything over and above that value in return.
