Selbstverständlich begann auch unser Geschäft im Inland. Angesichts des unerwarteten Geschenks einer Schwangerschaft, zwei kurzer Ehemonate und einer drohenden Pandemie; Mein Mann und ich hatten auf jeden Fall das Gefühl, in einen Wirbelsturm der Veränderung geraten zu sein. Kurz nach der Geburt unserer Tochter standen wir vor vielen Entscheidungen, wie wir unser kleines Mädchen erziehen wollten. Wir waren uns beide einig, dass es eine schöne Sache wäre, Mama zu Hause zu haben, die beim Unterrichten und Erziehen auf traditionelle katholische Weise hilft.
Als frischgebackene Mutter und Künstlerin brauchte ich eine kreative Möglichkeit, die mir gleichzeitig Flexibilität für unsere wachsende Familie ermöglichte. Mein Mann schenkte mir meine ersten digitalen Designmaterialien und der Heilige Geist lieferte mir die Inspiration! Wir wurden weiterhin durch unsere Berufungen, Karrieren und diesen kleinen Laden gesegnet.
Bei Screen and Paper steht für uns das Motto, kleine Dinge mit großer Liebe zu tun. Gott ist die Quelle aller Liebe und wir hoffen, diese durch unsere einfachen, aber bewussten Designs mit der Welt zu teilen. Wir sind auch bestrebt, Mamas zu unterstützen. Mama ist das Herzstück des Zuhauses und wir sind bestrebt, ihr die Möglichkeit zu geben, sie auf authentisch katholische Weise zu dekorieren, zu feiern und zu gestalten.

The Church herself, begins at home.
Naturally our business also began at home. Faced with the unexpected gift of pregnancy, two short months of marriage and a pandemic on the horizon; my husband and I certainly felt like we had stepped into a whirlwind of change. Shortly after the birth of our daughter we were faced with many decisions about how we wanted to raise our little girl. We both agreed that it would be a lovely thing to have mama at home to help teach and rear in a traditional Catholic way.
As a new mom and artist I needed a creative outlet that also let me be flexible for our growing family. My husband gifted me my first digital design materials and the Holy Spirit provided the inspiration! We have continued to be blessed through our vocations, careers and this little shop.
At Screen and Paper, we are all about the motto of doing small things with great love. God is the source of all love and we hope to share that with the world through our simple yet intentional designs. We also strive to support mamas. Mom is the heart of the home and we are committed to providing her with the means to decorate, celebrate, and create in an authentically Catholic way.
