If I need an exchange for another size do I have to pay postage again?
Yes, we will gladly send another size but you are responsible for paying the postage to return the item and the cost to resend the item. We do not make any profit on our postage costs, all are cost prices from Royal Mail.
Do I need to sign for delivery on arrival?
All of our items are sent Tracked and Signed which will require a signature on delivery, they can also be tracked through their journey via Etsy. You are responsible for ensuring you have provided a valid address before dispatch.
