Grateful Thread Co. partners with a professional printing service to ensure high-quality products, but mistakes can happen! If your order arrives with a misprint, tear, or other issues, please message me directly on Etsy. I'm happy to replace your item and make sure you’re 100% satisfied.

Seller must be contacted within 30 days of purchase to process replacements.

Can I request a custom design or this design on a different product?

Yes! I love creating custom designs. Feel free to message me on Etsy with your ideas, and I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

If you'd like this design on a different product (hoodie, youth sizes, mug, etc.), please send me a direct message to confirm product availability. Note that requests made at checkout without prior communication cannot be honored.

What causes do you support?

How are your products printed?

Apparel is professionally made-to-order using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. This process infuses water-based ink directly into the fibers of the garment, resulting in a long-lasting design with a smooth finish.

All designs are exclusively created by the seller and professionally printed using production partners located in the USA.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7-10 days of purchase, though many may arrive sooner. Production requires 1-5 business days based on current order volume, followed by 2-5 business days for shipping via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available at this time, so please order in advance if you need an item by a specific date. Note that holidays and severe weather conditions may cause delays.

Can I change my mind later?

To ensure prompt processing and shipping, order production begins one hour after purchase. As a result, orders cannot be modified after they are placed. Please double-check size charts, color guides, and shipping addresses before completing your checkout.

How do I choose the right size or color?

Refer to the size and color charts included in the product photos for guidance. All apparel is unisex sizing unless otherwise noted. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. The final product may not appear as bright as digital mock-up images.
