Frequently asked questions
Can I change my order or the shipping address?
You have up to 5 hours to change your order. Once the 5-hour period has passed or your product was already sent to production, it's too late for you or our Support team to edit your order.
How to take care of your DTG printed garments properly
1. Wash your garment inside out.
2. Use the right washing machine setting (around 30°C). High-temperature washes can seriously fade the print and cause it to crack.
3. Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach.
4. Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.
5. Hang the garments to dry naturally. Leave it turned inside out, hang it out to dry naturally, not exposing it to direct sunlight.
6. Cool-iron your print. You would typically avoid ironing your print. But if you really want to make your shirt look neat, iron it inside-out on the lowest possible setting. In some cases, placing a piece of natural-fiber thin cloth over the image to protect it from smudging would be an additional care step to take.
My status order is "Delivered" but I haven't received it? What should I do?
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:
* Verify that the address you provided is correct
* Check with your neighbors
* Contact us for support within 30 days since the "Delivered" status was confirmed
* USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 1-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day or shortly thereafter.
* Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says).
I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails/Etsy notification to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact me with the order number and the missing item's name and number.
Exchange & Cancellation Policy
All orders are made to order with care - we keep no stock. Unless the item received is defective, we are unable to accept returns / exchanges.
* If you would like to cancel / change your order, please message us on Etsy within 5 hours of placing the order, and we may be able to cancel.
* We are unable to cancel / refund an order that's already been sent to processing. No exceptions.
* Please review your order carefully, along with the size and the address you're putting in before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect address. We cannot track / cancel / refund / replace orders placed with an incorrect address.
Issues with your order / item

Please TRIPLE check your address when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect address input.
Missing/stolen packages:
Our shop is unable to reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, as the shipping process is out of our hands once the package has been transferred to the PO. Thank you for understanding!
Other issues:
If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of product delivery and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo evidence that support your case. After 30 days we do not accept any claims.
