These seeds are for California native plants. I harvest seeds annually by hand. I never use toxic chemicals in my garden. Please only plant them in your garden if you are located near their native ranges. You can find out more about each plant at calscape.org.

I only ship plants to states where they are native. I ship within California and I will ship plants to other Western states if they are native there as well because I do not want these plants becoming invasive outside their native ranges. If you don't live in states where these plants are native, please find some native plants specific to your region. They will provide benefits to you, to local wildlife and to your garden. Thanks!

Planting California native plants to save the environment

I believe that people should plant native plants instead of grass lawns. This will help the environment by giving native animals a place to live and food to eat. It also saves water and eliminates the need for pesticides and gas powered equipment like lawnmowers and leaf blowers. It is also beautiful, with flowers that attract native bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other pollinators.

I started my shop when I started harvesting seeds from my own native plant garden in Claremont, CA. I keep prices low because I believe anyone should be able to plant native plants.
