Your order will be shipped by your scheduled shipping date, however, please understand that I cannot guarantee deliveries as the package is out of my hands once I drop it off at USPS/UPS. Therefore, refunds will NOT be available if a package is late due to this circumstance being out of my control. If you happen to experience a delay with your order, please contact USPS, provide the tracking number to them on your invoice and they will be able to let you know the status of the delivery.

UPDATE ON PACKAGES THAT SAY "PRE-TRANSIT": Please note, if you receive an email that your order has shipped, please understand it has been given to USPS that day to be shipped. If you check your order status and it shows "Pre-transit," my mail carrier explained to me that when they pick up the packages from my house, they do not scan the packages right away when they have possession of them. They proceeded to say that they drop them off at the large USPS facility that then takes control of scanning them for shipment. Sometimes it will show "Pre-transit" all throughout the delivery process until it shows up at your house. Please call USPS if you have this issue.
