Where do you ship to, and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide! Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days in the US and 5–14 business days in Australia. International orders including Europe typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location. All orders are fulfilled through our production partner and tracked from dispatch.
How is my hat made?
Every hat is made to order with embroidered team branding — not printed. Embroidery gives a premium, textured finish that holds up wash after wash and looks great whether you're in the stands or on the street. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
What if my hat doesn't fit or arrives damaged?
We want you to love your order. If your hat arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out immediately. As all items are made to order we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns, so if you're unsure on sizing please reach out before purchasing and we'll help you out.
Can I get a custom or personalised hat?
We're working on personalised options — watch this space! In the meantime, if you have a specific request such as a team or league not yet in our store, feel free to message us and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Which teams and leagues do you carry?
We currently have collections across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and AFL with MLB and EPL coming very soon. Each collection covers all major teams in the league. If you can't find your team, message us — we're adding new designs regularly.
