What kind of paper do you use?
All of our prints are Giclée-printed on museum-quality, archival matte paper (200 gsm). This ensures rich colors and exceptional longevity.
Do the prints come framed?
You can choose either Print Only or Framed Print from the dropdown menu when ordering.
Where do you ship from?
We partner with print facilities in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Your order is produced and shipped from the nearest location whenever possible to avoid unexpected import tax, reduce shipping time and environmental impact.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each print is made to order, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted for changes of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. I offer 100% guaranteed replacement or refund.
Does the artwork have a border?
If the listing images show a white margin or border around the artwork, your print will include it. Otherwise, it will be printed full-bleed. Please review the listing photos carefully or message me if you have any questions.
Which measurement should I refer to?
US, Canada, Australia: Sizes are shown in inches.
UK, Europe: Sizes are shown in centimeters.
Note: We do not offer matting at this time.
