How do I access my digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. You can also find your files by going to You > Purchases and reviews and looking for your order.
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
Yes! Our digital assets include a commercial license for small business use. You may use these designs to create physical products for sale. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.
I’m having trouble opening my file. What should I do?
Please ensure you have the appropriate software installed (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Cricut Design Space, or Silhouette Studio). If you are using a ZIP file, please right-click and select "Extract All" before attempting to open the individual PNG or SVG files.
Custom and personalised orders
Most files are in PNG format and can be opened with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and others.
When will my physical order ship?
All physical items are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return/exchange policy for physical goods?
We take great care in packaging our products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
