Hand washing is IDEAL but knit items can be machine washed in a delicate cycle.
LAY FLAT TO DRY, heat from dryer WILL damage the product.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
DIGITAL ITEMS cannot be issued a refund. Due to the nature of crochet patterns I cannot refund the order after the PDF is purchased.
PHYSICAL ITEMS are eligible for a full refund if requested within three days of purchase. Afterwards the order will be subject to a PARTIAL REFUND:
90% will be refunded after third day of purchase.
80% will be refunded after seven days of purchase.
%50 will be refunded after ten days of purchase.
This policy takes into account the time spent working on each handmade crochet piece, the materials invested, and the shipping arrangements.
