Ehilà! Siamo Gaby & Ivan e siamo entusiasti che tu stia visitando il nostro piccolo negozio. Per favore, sentiti a casa, versati un tè (o un caffè) e iniziamo a progettare il tuo pezzo personalizzato!
Ora che sai come siamo, puoi immaginarci mentre ci fai qualsiasi domanda. Di solito, Gaby è al lavoro presso la nostra scrivania condivisa. Me? Bene, sono io che scrivo questo. Possiamo chiamarlo lavoro? ... Chiamiamolo lavoro, siamo entrambi al lavoro.
Ok, sciocchezze a parte, vi preghiamo di contattarci per qualsiasi idea o domanda. Cerchiamo di mantenere la nostra sezione FAQ il più aggiornata possibile, ma se non riesci a trovare una risposta lì, il modo migliore per raggiungerci è inviarci un messaggio diretto.
Detto questo, sappi che faremo del nostro meglio per assicurarti di essere soddisfatto del nostro servizio. La mia bellissima moglie crea tutti i disegni da sola, e l'ho vista prendere tempo e attenzione con ogni pezzo che inviamo.
Io, d'altra parte, non ho l'osso di un designer nel mio corpo, ma faccio tutto il lavoro tecnico e questo e quello. Spero di poter chattare con te e rispondere ad alcune delle tue domande. Hi there! We’re Gaby & Ivan, and we’re just thrilled that you’re visiting our small shop. Please, make yourself at home, pour yourself some tea (or coffee), and let’s get to designing your custom piece!
Now that you know what we look like, you can picture us as you ask us any question. Usually, Gaby is hard at work at our shared desk. Me? Well, I’m the one typing this. Can we call that work? … Let’s call it work, we’re both hard at work.
Ok, silliness aside, please do contact us for any idea or question. We try to keep our FAQ section as current as possible, but if you can’t find an answer there, the best way to reach us is by sending us a direct message.
That being said, please know we will do our absolute best to make sure you are satisfied with our service. My beautiful wife creates all the designs herself, and I’ve seen her take time and attention with every piece that we send out.
I, on the other hand, don’t have a designer’s bone in my body, but I do all the technical work and this and that. Hopefully, I’ll get to chat with you, and answer some of your questions.
