Ho sempre amato il colore e il design. Quando ero bambino negli anni '60 e '70, abbinamenti di colori forti e motivi audaci erano ovunque. Su carta da parati, tende, stoviglie, biancheria da letto e moda. Tutto mi ha ricordato tanto sfacciato ottimismo. Con un po' di kitsch a volte, per quella affermazione in più!
Il mio motto quando si tratta di arredamento per la casa è: cos'è la vita senza colori? È pura vibrazione e il mio colore preferito è l'arancione. Si dice che rappresenti l'ottimismo, e forse non è un caso che questo colore sia così fortemente presente nei design della metà del secolo e fino agli anni settanta.
In breve, ho aperto questo negozio perché voglio aiutarti a portare più colore nella TUA vita, per un immediato miglioramento dell'umore!
Mi diverto moltissimo ricercando nuovi design da varie risorse e pago per i diritti di utilizzarli nel mio negozio di stampa su richiesta. Mi sento bene nel supportare gli artisti in questo modo e mi tengono aggiornato su eventuali nuovi progetti in modo che io possa portarteli! Sembra sempre una nuova scoperta. Naturalmente, è tutto incentrato sul tema retrò che adoro, e so che anche molti di voi lo apprezzano.
I miei partner di produzione hanno sede principalmente negli Stati Uniti. Mando loro i miei disegni e loro li danno vita in grande e audace su una varietà di articoli con un processo di stampa a sublimazione. In questo modo, anche se vivo nel Regno Unito, tutti i miei prodotti verranno spediti dagli Stati Uniti, a meno che, ovviamente, tu non sia fuori dagli Stati Uniti e in genere un centro di stampa satellitare elaborerà il tuo ordine in modo che tu possa riceverlo ancora più velocemente.

I've always loved color and design. As a child of the 60's and 70's-- strong color pairings and bold patterns were everywhere. On wallpaper, curtains, kitchenware, bedding and fashion. It all reminded me of so much brash optimism. With a little bit of kitsch thrown in sometimes, for that extra statement!
My own motto when it comes to home decor is: What is life without colour? It's pure vibration, and my favorite colour is orange. It is said to represent optimism, and it's perhaps no accident that this color features so strongly in designs from the mid-century era and into the seventies.
In short, I began this shop because I want to help bring more color into YOUR life-- for that instant mood boost!
I get an enormous amount of fun from researching new designs from various resources-- and I pay for the rights to use them in my print-on-demand shop. I feel good about supporting artists in this way and they keep me in the loop with any new designs so that I can bring them to you! It always feels like a new discovery. Of course, it's all about the retro theme which I love-- and I know that many of you do, too.
My production partners are mainly based in the USA. I send them my designs and they bring them to big, bold life on a variety of items with a sublimation printing process. In that way, even though I live in the UK, all my products will ship from the USA--unless of course you are outside the USA and typically a satellite print facility will process your order so that you get it even faster.
