I didn't start at the top.
I started as an LPN — learning the basics, doing the work, and figuring out early on that the way nursing was being taught wasn't working for most of us. We were handed content to memorize and sent to the bedside hoping it would click. For a lot of nurses, it never does.
I kept going. LPN to RN. RN to NP. Nine years across emergency departments, ICUs, high-risk OB, and med-surg. Two board certifications. Four Degrees. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I realized the same gap existed at every single level — nobody was teaching nurses how to actually think.
Not how to memorize. How to think.
That realization is what started Think Like a Provider™.
I built the resources in this shop because I needed them and they didn't exist. Every ebook, every template, every framework came out of a real clinical moment — a shift where I froze, a question I couldn't answer, a patient situation I had to reason through without a roadmap. I built the roadmap after.
What inspires me is simple. Every nurse in this shop is trying to become better for their patients. That's not small. That's everything. Healthcare needs nurses who think critically, reason clearly, and show up to the bedside with confidence — not just credentials.

Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my purchase?
All products are digital and delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. Most products download directly through Etsy. Larger bundle products are delivered via a Google Drive link included in your order confirmation. No account is needed to access your Google Drive files.
What format are the files in?
All products are delivered as PDF files. They can be read on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. Worksheets and reference templates are designed to be printed if needed.
What if I can't access or download my files?
Email me immediately at info@capital-covenant.com or through Etsy messaging and I will resend your files within 24 hours. This happens rarely but when it does I fix it fast. Access issues do not qualify for a refund but will always be resolved.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the instant digital nature of these products. If you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out before leaving a review and I will do everything I can to make it right.

This shop serves every level of nursing — LPN, RN, nursing student, and NP student. Each product listing specifies who it is designed for. Many resources are tiered and work across multiple levels simultaneously.
Are these products evidence-based?
Yes. All clinical content is based on current 2020-2026 guidelines including ADA, AHA, GINA, GOLD, Surviving Sepsis Campaign, KDIGO, and ANA standards. Study methods are backed by learning science and cognitive psychology research.
Can I share these files with friends or classmates?
No. All products are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, or uploading these files is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights. Please direct classmates to the shop to purchase their own copy.
Will these products work for my NP specialty?
Yes. All clinical reasoning frameworks and study tools work across every NP specialty — FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, WHNP, PNP, NNP, and ACNP. The frameworks are specialty-neutral by design.
