Thrive in Business grundades av Clare Griffiths, FRSA, år 2018, när hon blev frustrerad över att hon inte kunde hitta rätt sorts affärsstöd och gemenskap som hon behövde som kvinnlig soloentreprenör. Eftersom hon inte kunde hitta det hon ville ha bestämde hon sig för att skapa lösningen själv!
Även om det finns några fantastiska affärsstödsprogram för kvinnliga grundare som vill bygga ett team och skala upp sina företag, finns det väldigt få initiativ för kvinnliga soloentreprenörer som vill expandera sitt eget företag vad gäller intäkter, men inte vad gäller personal, och som är glada att fortsätta arbeta för sig själva som ett enda företag.
Som svar på detta bestämde sig Clare för att fylla den luckan genom att erbjuda inspirerande, informativa och praktiska lärande- och nätverksmöjligheter för kvinnliga soloentreprenörer som – hon tror starkt på det – är underförtjänta inom affärsstödsvärlden.
Under de senaste åren har Clare utvecklat en rad evenemang (på plats och online) och praktiska utbildningsverktyg för kvinnor i näringslivet.

Thrive in Business was founded by Clare Griffiths, FRSA in 2018, when she became frustrated that she couldn’t find the right kind of business support and community she needed as a female solopreneur. As she couldn’t find what she wanted, she decided to create the solution herself!
Whilst there are some fantastic business support programmes for female founders who want to build a team and scale their businesses, there are very few initiatives for female solopreneurs who want to grow their own business in terms of revenue, but not in terms of staff, and who are happy to remain working for themselves as a company of one.
In response to this, Clare decided to fill that gap by delivering inspiring, informative and practical learning and networking opportunities for female solopreneurs who - she strongly believes - are underserved in the world of business support.
Over the last few years, Clare has developed a range of events (in-person and online) and practical learning tools for women in business.
