4 out of 5 starsI am editing my original review which was more or less a review because of not receiving my item at all on time. And reviewing my experience as opposed to the item. Update, the jewelry was finally delivered to me. It was packaged well and fits well in my nose. It has some weight to it and is very sturdy and solid and I appreciate the spikes on each end. I actually really like the jewelry and I’m glad it finally got to me. So I am updating my original review to say yes I am now satisfied with my purchase. Customer service and transparency could have been a lot better and in the future I’d prefer an honest answer and communication to ensure I know what’s actually going on but other than the really long wait to receive this I am in the end happy with it .

5 out of 5 starsThe tusk is exactly as described. I asked for an 8g 55mm tusk and it measures to 56 so it’s perfect. It smoothly glided into my nose so the gauge is correct. The shipping was completely reasonable and came in the time I expected. One of the only options for tusks on the market that actually works for people with wide noses.
