Exceptional customer service. I had a question about my purchase and Cristian got back to me very quickly, answered my question completely and cordially. se explica claramente que el formato esta en PDF y SVG, no es TTF ni OTF, puede contactarme si gusta, para solucionar su inconveniente

buen dia, el producto es edirable en colores y tamaño, tiene que abrirse específicamente en programas vectoriales como illustrator, corel o inkscape, si quieres te envio un mensaje y reviso tu caso.

buen dia, el pdf indica que funciona de manera correcta en programas vectoriales como illustrator, inkscape, corel e inkscape, si se abre en photoshop o en otros programas no te permitirá ver que son vectores la gran mayoría, es un producto digital para imprimir.
