What are the terms of use?
Templates are for personal use only (unless stated otherwise). You can edit, save, and download them unlimited times with no download limits or expiration.
How do I download the files I purchased?
Digital listings that are not made to order can be downloaded immediately from your order page at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. For made-to-order products, please allow 2-3 days for the file to be ready. If you need it sooner, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Digital Products - Do you accept returns or cancellation?
As digital download files are non-refundable, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. If you experience any issues with the image, please reach out to us for support.
Do I need a Canva account to use this?
Yes, you must sign up for a Canva account to access and edit your purchased templates. A Canva PRO account is not necessary for our templates.
