Abbiamo lasciato che la tecnologia e i social media entrassero così tanto nelle nostre vite che sono arrivati a definirli. Quante volte hai sfogliato i feed confrontando la tua vita con i momenti attentamente curati di un perfetto sconosciuto? O hai perso la cognizione del tempo navigando insensatamente sul web? Lo capiamo, la tecnologia è importante, è il modo in cui rimaniamo connessi e progressisti. Ma come si fa a sfuggire al tempo quotidiano senza andare completamente fuori dalla griglia? Per la maggior parte di noi, smettere di tacchino freddo non è pratico. Ci deve essere un equilibrio.

ABBIAMO TROVATO LA RISPOSTA IN NATURA.
La nostra storia è iniziata nel 2009 con l'acquisto di una saponetta fatta a mano in un mercato contadino dell'Oregon. Ci siamo innamorati dell'idea di creare prodotti progettati con la stessa bella semplicità della natura che li ispira. Ogni prodotto prende il nome da una parte del paesaggio naturale dell'Oregon e porta lo spirito aspro e colorato del Pacifico nord-occidentale. Ogni lotto di sapone, lozione, balsamo per le labbra e candele è realizzato con coloranti naturali, tinture, additivi e / o profumi.

Stare all'aperto per un certo periodo di tempo è beatitudine. Nessun segnale acustico da aggiornamenti di stato o e-mail senza risposta. Uscendo dalla tua testa, trovi la felicità che solo la consapevolezza pura nel momento può portare. È roba inebriante e siamo abbastanza sicuri che sarai un convertito istantaneo.

We have let technology and social media so far into our lives that it's come to define them. How many times have you scrolled through feeds comparing your life to the carefully curated moments of a complete stranger? Or lost track of time mindlessly surfing the web? We get it, technology is important-it's how we stay connected and progressive. But how do you escape the daily time suck without going completely off-the-grid? For most of us, quitting cold turkey is impractical. There has to be a balance.

WE FOUND THE ANSWER IN NATURE.
Our story started in 2009 with the purchase of a bar of handmade soap at an Oregon farmer's market. We fell in love with the idea of creating products designed with the same beautiful simplicity as the nature that inspires them. Every product is named after a part of Oregon's natural landscape and carries the rugged, colorful spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Each batch of soap, lotion, lip balm, and candles is crafted with natural colorants, tinctures, additives and/or scents.

Being outdoors for any length of time is bliss. No chimes from status updates or unanswered emails. By getting out of your own head, you find the happiness only pure-in-the-moment mindfulness can bring. It's heady stuff, and we're pretty sure you'll be an instant convert.
