Delivery Method and Estimated Times
All of my orders are sent by regular mail through Canada Post and ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
As per Canada Post's own estimated times, local orders will take an approx. 1-2 business days, within the province of Ontario is approx. 2-3 business days, and within Canada is approx. 3-4 business days.
Regular mail sent to the United States should take approximately 4-6 business days. Finally, International mail will take approx. 4-7 business days.
Any variations in these timelines is out of my control once your order has been shipped as it is subject to delays within the postal system itself.
Please keep in mind these dates when ordering cards for specific holidays! I cannot issue refunds for items that are not received in time.
Custom and personalised orders
I absolutely can personalize a card with a personal message for a loved one.
I do charge more for this service as it requires specific editing and printing demands on my original files.
Please input the shipping address as the address of the person you wish to receive the card and I will send the card to them. These cards will be sealed in an envelope with the recipient's name on the front.
