The gold really shines and gives it such a beautiful sense of presence. The faces, the garments, everything feels full of care and spirit. Honestly, it’s one of the most beautiful icons we’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for creating something so inspiring!

5 out of 5 starsCornel is gifted with a great love and is a magnificent iconographer. This large matching icon of The Theotokos is incredibly beautiful. I cannot describe how detailed and luminous it really is. This icon and the icon of Christ he wrote are true spiritual treasures.

5 out of 5 starsCornel is blessed with a great gift as an iconographer. He created a gorgeous very large icon of Christ based on the work of Theophanes the Cretan. He is kind and very helpful. The shipping was incredibly fast and the icon was very very well packaged. God bless Cornel. He is finishing up a matching icon of the Theotokos for my prayer corner and I will post more photos of them both when it arrives.
