Why is my order taking so long?
Some items are print-to-order. These items may take longer to print depending on demand. We appreciate your patience as we make sure everything is perfect for you!
Do you sell the Transformers toys in the pictures, or just the accessories?
All listings are for the accessory only. No listings will include a Transformers figure with a sale. Transformers figures are shown for product photography only.
If an item is sold out, will you make it again?
All items are subject to restock depending on available materials and demand. Check back later or message the shop if you are looking for a specific item that may be out of stock.
Can you print my items in different colors than are offered?
If you want an item in a custom color, message the shop. Almost any special color request can be met, you just have to ask.
Will you continue to make new products?
All our items are designed and tested in-house. New products may be slow to develop, but there is always something new coming! Message the shop with requests for future product.
I have my own 3D printer, do you sell your digital files?

Can you print files I found online?
I can make a custom listing for print-service. This means I will print the files you found and ship them to you. I do not modify files or assemble parts that come from outside my shop. In the event files must be purchased from the source, the customer bears the responsibility to purchase the files and share them with me ahead of an order so I can preview what we are printing. Please message me to inquire about this process.
